Burton Design Refund & Return Policy
At Burton Design, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. General Refund Policy
- We only accept returns if there is an issue with the product (e.g., damage, defect, incorrect item).
- If we are at fault, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
2. Custom Desk Orders
- Custom desks are made to your exact specifications and are non-returnable unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- We made an error in the design or build.
- In such cases, we will correct the issue or issue a full refund, and cover return shipping.
3. Stock Desk Orders
- If your stock desk arrives in perfect condition but simply isn’t the right fit, we accept returns at a discounted refund value to cover restocking and handling.
- The desk must be in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at nathan@burtondesigns.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue with images. We’ll guide you through the process.
